CPH Half is 21.0975 km built for fast times and big experiences.
The course is fast. The crowds are loud. And Copenhagen and Frederiksberg set the stage for a race day where 45,000 runners fill the streets from start to finish.
Some come to beat their personal best. Others come for the celebration, the community or the feeling of crossing the finish line after 21.0975 km. Most probably come for a bit of everything.
It’s your half marathon. Copenhagen takes care of the rest.
Elite field
Every year, CPH Half brings together some of the world’s fastest runners and some of Denmark’s strongest athletes on the start line in Copenhagen.
The elite field is divided into Elite A, B, and C. Elite A is the international elite field, with runners invited directly by the organizers. Elite B and C have qualifying standards that give athletes the opportunity to earn a place in the elite field.
More information about the elite field and qualifying standards for CPH Half 2027 will be announced at a later date.

What if Copenhagen is just the beginning?
CPH Half can be one big race day in Copenhagen. Or the start of a half marathon journey across Europe.
With SuperHalfs, you can take your running shoes to six European running cities: Lisbon, Prague, Berlin, Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia. Joining SuperHalfs is free, and along the way, your results are collected in your personal SuperPassport.
You decide the order. You decide the pace. Once you have completed all six races and cross the finish line in your final city, the SuperMedal awaits as proof of the entire journey.
