Training with Sparta in Copenhagen / Østerbro Stadium
The organisers of CPH Half, Sparta Ahletics & Running, organises free Sunday trainings in Østerbro, Copenhagen, during the last 6 weeks leading up to CPH half.
At each training, you can choose between the following pace teams (min/km): 4:15, 4:30, 4:45, 5:00, 5:15, 5:30, 5:45, 6:00, 6:15, 6:30, 7:00.
We meet at Østerbro Stadium; entrance via Idrætshuset at Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 7, where you can leave your baggage during training.
Any practical information and updates about the trainings will be posted in the Facebook events, which will be created in due time before the training begins.
