Your bib number is ready for pick up Thursday, Friday and Saturday before race day.
How to get your start package
All Elite B runners must pick up their start package at the Copenhagen Half Marathon Expo. Start by picking up your Race Bag and your Nike T-shirt in the long white tent in front of the Expo.
You must to show the QR code in your start card sent to you by email to get your race bag. You don’t need to print the QR code – just bring it digitally on your cell phone or similar.
Your BIB number
As an Elite B runner, you need to pick up your bib number at our Help Desk. It is located in the small white tent on the square in front of the Expo – to the right of the long white tent.

8:00 am – 9:15 am
Possibility to warm up in the park near the start and finish area.
9:01 am
Elite B: Call Room In.
Elite B prepares for a joint departure from the Elite tent to the start area. It will NOT be possible to enter the starting area on your own hand.
9:05 am
Elite B: Call Room Out.
Elite B leaves the Elite tent towards the start area.
9:15 am
Elite B arrives at the start area.
9:18 am
Elite B is ready behind the start line in the start street.
9:25 am
Elite A athletes should line up behind the start line.
9:27 am
The selected elite athletes are presented at the start line.
9:30 am
The race starts
10:27 – 10:29 am
The male winner of the Copenhagen Half Marathon crosses the finish line.
10:35 – 10:37 am
The female winner of the Copenhagen Half Marathon crosses the finish line.
12:30 pm
The Elite tent in the finish area will close.
Personal refreshment
You have the option to have personal liquids in the refreshment stations on the course. The personal refreshments must be handed in between 7:30 and 8:00 AM on race day. The personal liquids will be removed at exactly 8:00 AM, after which they will be transported out on the course.
Your personal liquids must be handed in next to the Expo building on PH Lings Allé. Here you’ll find boxes with kilometer markers indicating which refreshment stations they will be placed at.
Make sure your bottles stand out so you can recognize them again during the race.
Note!
As an elite athlete, you must take your own fluids when you get to the aid stations. No help/assistance is allowed.
Shoe regulations
The current World Athletics rules for shoes apply, including a maximum shoe height of 40 mm. Please make sure your shoes meet the current requirements.

Technical meeting
There will be no technical meeting for Elite B athletes. All important information can be found on this page.
Bib numbers
All Elite B athletes must pick up their bib numbers at the Help Desk and not at the regular bib pick-up.
Your bib number is ready for pick up Thursday, Friday and Saturday before race day.
The Help Desk is located outside the Expo Hall next to the T-shirt pick-up.
Elite tent
All elite B athletes have access to the elite tent which is placed close to the finish line. This serves as a call room. See the tent on a map here.
You have the opportunity to store your race bag in the elite tent. The tent is staffed by Copenhagen Half Marathon personnel and is open from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.
How to get to the start
Elite B athletes are followed to the start from the Elite tent. From the tent we walk through Fælledparken and up to the start on Jagtvej. It will NOT be possible to enter the elite section of the starting area on your own hand.
You can’t expect there to be room to warm up once you’re in the starting gate.

When you reach the finish line
When you arrive at the finish line, you can either go directly into the elite tent or through the finish street where you can get water, fruit and the like after the race.
You can always enter the elite tent through the main entrance as long as you have your elite B start number on.
Remember to pick up your race bag if you have stored it in the elite tent. The tent closes at 12:30 pm.
National Record?
If you set a national record please let us know at the finish line or in the mixed zone. We would love to take your picture and celebrate you.
Depending on your National Federation, then we might need to collect your shoes, as well as Anti-doping control.
