Get fit for CPH Half with five free workouts organized by Zalando and FitLiving.

Lace up and kick off your preparations for the CPH Half with five free workouts organized by Zalando and FitLiving at Østerbro Stadium in Copenhagen. The first workout is held on April 24.

Sara Jin Smidt, chief editor at FitLiving and personal coach Sidsel Godsk will be your instructors at the events, which will include both running, various exercises and fun little challenges.

At the kick-off workout on April 24 there will be goodie bags, a cool Nike training T-shirt, and delicious poké bowls for the first 250 participants to show up, and at each workout you have the chance to win cool prizes and tickets for the CPH Half.

 

Save the dates

The workouts will be held outside at Østerbro Stadium, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11 in Copenhagen.

All you have to do is to bring training outfit and outdoor training shoes and save the following dates:

Wednesday, April 24, 5:30 – 7.30 pm

Wednesday, May 29, 5:30 – 7.30 pm

Wednesday, June 26, 5:30 – 7.30 pm

Wednesday, July 31, 5:30 – 7.30 pm

Wednesday, August 28, 5:30 – 7.30 pm
