Train for the CPH Half with a local training community
Want to get ready for the CPH Half with a local running community?
In collaboration with the organizing club Sparta, local running club or communities will be organizing free training sessions ahead of CPH Half.
All training sessions are designed to fit runners of all levels and ambitions – from new runners to experienced half marathoners – and it’s free of charge.
Where and when can I train?
Some years we’ve had running clubs in over 25 locations in Denmark. Some communities run every week, some less.
When does the training start?
The training starts during August.
Who can join?
Everyone! All communities run will divide into several pace groups and often you will have the option of cutting or adding distance to fit your ability.
Do I need to register?
There is no registration, no commitment, and it’s all free of charge. However, we recommend that you join the Facebook events where you can find more practical details.
