Træningstips CPH Half

Current or former national champ over 1500m, 10K, half and full marathon, Thijs Nijhuis excels over middle and long distances alike. Until race day he will be sharing his training tips and personal training routines and talk about his motivations, sources of inspiration, and how he chooses to prioritize his time and efforts to balance a busy every day life.

Group training

Participate in 7 official Sunday trainings leading up to the CPH Half. There will be training in Copenhagen, meeting point Østerbro Stadion.

The trainings are free and for everyone whether their level or pace, and registration is not required.

Practical details will be posted on the Facebook events, which will be created in due time before the training begins.
