Training
Have a plan
and have a blast.
What do the world’s best runners have in common? They follow a plan, and so should you
Whether you’re about to run your first half marathon or want to set a PR, it’s a good idea to train according to a plan. This way, you’re sure to get variety in your training to build speed, endurance, and strength, as well as boosting motivation and making it less tempting to skip a workout. And remember: The better prepared you are, the more fun the party will be.
Sunday Social Runs in Copenhagen
Running hits differently when you share it with someone. Each Sunday in the seven weeks leading up to CPH Half, we host free social Sunday runs.
We meet at Idrætshuset at Østerbro and head out together, no matter your pace. We divide ourselves into different pace groups, and there is room for everyone. Communication happens in Danish in our Facebook group, but everyone is welcome.
Local community training
Do you not live in Copenhagen or the surrounding area? Then, you can join one of the many local training communities located all over Danmark. The time for the group training varies from club to club. What they all have in common is that they are looking forward to welcoming you to their community. This site will be updated before the summer of 2025.
