We usually collect and process following types of data: technical information about your computer or mobile device, your geographical location and which pages you are browsing (your interests on our website).

When you register for our events, you are also entering certain personal informations: Name, phone number, email address, date of birth and payment details. These data is collected by Ultimate Sport Service.

Data about your use of this website, geographical location, gender and age group etc. are passed on to certain third parties. This is always happen in anonymised form.

We use Ultimate Sport Service for collecting, storing and processing of entrant data. BitLizard also handles data which is included in the CPH Half app. These parties are exclusively processing data on our behalf and have no permission to use the data for their own purpose.

We always ask for your consent before using your data for other purposes than those mentioned in this privacy policy.


We have taken technical and organisational precautions against your personal data being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired or falling into unauthorized hands, misused or additionally processed in contrary to the law.

The payment module is secured against misuse through a TLS-solution, encrypting the data you are providing us with.


The data is used to identify you as a user of our website, to target our marketing on third party platforms and to register your orders and payments.

We are furthermore using the data to deliver relevant information and services to you, e.g. to compile publicly available lists of participants and their results, to forward important participant information and a newsletter if you have asked for such. Furthermore, we are using the data to optimize our services, the website content and our physical products

Storage period

The data is stored in our database for as long as legally possible and deleted when the data is no longer of use to us. The storage period depends on the type of the data and the reason for storing. It is therefore not possible to estimate a general timeframe for when we will delete the data.

Insights & complaints

It is your right to seek insight in what data Sparta Track and Field possess about you. You can furthermore always make objection against us using the data. You can always withdraw your consent to us regarding the information we store about you. If the personal data we have on you is untrue, then you have the right to have the data corrected or deleted.
