The day beforeRest, drink a lot, and eat extra carbohydrates. Organize your race day outfit. It’s a good idea to bring an old sweatshirt to keep you warm before race start. Mount your race bib and pack your fluid belt, gels and other energy supplies in your race day bag. Dont’ forget money, credit card and public transport ticket. |

Race bag drop-offOpen from 9 – 16, baggage storage tents are located along the start section. Use the official race bag and be sure to attach the label on it. If you carry lots of baggage, visit luggagehero.com for more storage options. Learn more here |

Race startPlace yourself the start section assigned to you on the basis of your expected finish time. Start sections will be clearly signposted. Be sure to enter your start group in due time and be aware that there is only one entrance into the start section in Øster Allé, as this part of the street is fully fenced. Along the courseAlong the course, there will be lots of hydration stations, toilets, showers, etc. for your convenience. Enjoy the run, the entertainment, and the cheering! |

At the finish lineCongratulations, and welcome at the finish! You are offered water and a variety of recovery supplies. |
