CPH Mini Marathon – Run a “marathon” with your family

Did you think running a marathon was for adults only? That is not the case with CPH Mini Marathon here everbody in the family can run and have fun together.

The CPH Mini Marathon takes place Saturday May 13th the day before Copenhagen Marathon. You can choose between the Family Race, where adults and kids run together no matter the age, or the Kids Race where the bigger children (6-15 years) can run the distance by themselves or together with their siblings.

There will be medals for everyone, lots of entertainment for children and fun activities for the whole family.

NOTE: It is necessary for everyone who wants to run to be registered with a starting number – regardless of age.

What’s included

  • Bib number
  • Race timing
  • Digital diploma
  • Medal
  • Water and energy drink in the start and finish area
  • Fun entertainment and games for the children during the event
Program

We meet at the start line a little before each start, where we get ready together with the Sprinter mascot, so we are warm. If you are registered for one of the family races, an adult is welcome to run with you. The children’s races, on the other hand, are for children, but the adults are welcome to cheer along the route and at the finish line.

If you want to visit the Copenhagen Marathon Expo over in Sparta Hallen and shop for running clothes and running gear, you are welcome from 10 – 19. Read more about the Expo here
