Welcome to this year’s CPH Half Expo in collaboration with LØBEREN. This is where you pick up your race bib, feel the electric CPH Half energy, and explore the latest running gear. You’ve put in the training hours. Now it’s getting real. 21.0975 kilometers through Copenhagen await.

Four days before Copenhagen turns into the fastest Sunday of the year, we open the doors to the official CPH Half Expo powered by LØBEREN.

LØBEREN X CPH Half Expo

This is where you pick up your race pack and get ready to take on 21.0975 kilometers through the city.

Your race pack includes everything you need for race day including your race bag and, of course, your bib number. You’ll receive your pack and bib number outside the venue. We print your bib on-site when you arrive. It’s fast, easy, and better for the environment. Just have your QR code ready to make the process smooth for our volunteers.

If you pre-ordered the official Nike race T-shirt during registration, it’ll be ready for you in the size you selected. Need a different size? Stop by the T-shirt Exchange booth at the Expo. Please note: availability of all sizes cannot be guaranteed.

Your race bag is for baggage drop on race day. Attach your race tag, drop it off at the Bag Drop in the Runners Area – and pick it up again after you’ve crossed the finish line.

Busy hours at the Expo

We recommend picking up your race packet and bib outside the busiest hours, if possible.

Please have your QR code (sent to you by email) ready when collecting your race packet and bib.

Getting to the Expo

Parking in Østerbro is limited, so we strongly recommend leaving the car at home and using a bike or public transport instead.

The easiest way to reach the Expo is via the Cityringen Metro (M3), with three stations within walking distance:

  • Vibenshus Runddel St. (by Fælledparken)
  • Trianglen St.
  • Poul Henningsens Plads St. (Jagtvej/Østerbrogade)

  • Your bib must be picked up at the CPH Half Expoen To pick up your bib, you must present your race card, which you will receive by e-mail before the race. If you are unable to pick up your bib at the expo, you can have a friend or family member pick it up for you by presenting your bib.

    It will be possible to pick up your race number on race day. This takes place in the race area on Østerbro and is at your own risk, and delays due to e.g. traffic problems, queues at the pick-up point, etc. are the sole responsibility of the participant.

  • All registrants will automatically have their first name and nationality flag printed on their race number. You can change your nationality on your participant profile.

    If you have completed CPH Half before, you can also get your Finisher Badge on your bib number – one badge for each year you have completed the race. Remember that you must specify this in your registration profile before we print your bib number.

  • Yes, unless you opt out of the T-shirt, you must choose your T-shirt size when you register. You pick up your T-shirt together with your race packet at the Copenhagen Half Marathon Expo.

    You are free to change your desired T-shirt size while stocks last. At the expo, there will be a swap shop where you can exchange your T-shirt for another size. However, we do not guarantee that your desired size is in stock.

  • Unless you have opted out of the T-shirt at registration, you can pick it up at the Copenhagen Half Marathon Expo simultaneously as you pick up your bib number.

  • Yes, you can. On our resale platform you can both buy and sell race numbers – easily and securely.

  • In addition to the race number, the following is included:

    • Official timing via integrated timing chip
    • Nike running T-shirt of the year

  • You must provide your name, email, gender, nationality, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred start group/expected finish time for all runners to be registered. We will use your mobile number to send you your start card, results, and any important notifications in case of critical or unexpected events.

  • It is possible to pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, VISA/Mastercard, Visa Electron and MobilePay (please note that fees may vary).

    In addition, group registration/company agreements can be paid via invoice, public companies can pay via EAN invoice

  • According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act on Internet Trading, the organizers have full product liability. The participant (buyer) has no right of withdrawal according to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act on Internet Trading, as recreational leisure activities are not included in the agreement.

    It is possible to transfer your race number to another person for a fee. You can do this via our resale platform, which you can find below.
