Welcome to the Expo of CPH Half!

Three days before your big day, our Expo opens its doors to you and thousands of other participants from all over the world. This is where we see each other for the first time after we’ve all trained through the darkness, rain, and cold – separately, but towards the same goal: Copenhagen Half Marathon 2024!

Your race pack

The CPH Half expo is filled with the latest running gear. But this is also where you pick up the most important thing before race day, your starter pack.

You will receive your starter pack, which includes your Nike t-shirt, at the tents outside Sparta Hallen. You will receive your start number inside Sparta Hallen. For the Copenhagen Half Marathon, we only print the bib number when you arrive. It’s easy, fast and we protect the environment by not throwing unclaimed bibs in the trash afterwards.

Your race pack contains everything you need to be ready for the start line.

 

Your race number

Your race number is personalized and includes your race number, first name and nationality. Your Finisher Badge will also appear on your bib number if you have previously participated in CPH Half and have entered it in your registration profile. Remember to do this before we print your bib number.

 

CPH Half t-shirt

During your registration, you have indicated whether you want this year’s t-shirt and, if so, in which size. If it doesn’t fit, you can always go to our swap shop until raceday.

 

Race bag of the year

You can hand in your race bag in our Bag Drop on race day. Attach your race tag and drop it off in our luggage area.

Thursday: 12.00 – 19.00

Friday: 10.00 – 19.00

Saturday: 10.00 – 19.00

You will find us at Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Østerbro.

Busy hours

Over 29,000 participants will stop by the Expo to pick up their race bag, t-shirt and BIB. We recommend you visit during the three days when it’s not the busiest according to our scheme.

Participants T-shirt Exchange

Is your provided participant t-shirt too big? Or too small? Stop by our swap shop and swap to a size that fits you. We can’t guarantee that we have all sizes, but shirts are constantly being replaced, so you might get lucky. Thursday through Saturday, you’ll find the swap shop at the help desk outside the Expo – in the same tent where you get your race pack. The opening hours of the swap shop are the same as the Expo (see above).

 

Transportation to CPH Half
Expo

There are limited parking options in the Østerbro area. Therefore, we recommend that you leave your car at home and use your bike, public transportation or your strong legs instead.

The easiest way is to use the Cityringen (M3), which has three stations within walking distance of the Expo.

  • Vibenshus Runddel St. (Fælledparken)
  • Trianglen St.
  • Poul Henningsens Plads St. (Jagtvej/Østerbrogade)

 

You can also take the S-train, walk, cycle or hop on the bus.
The nearest S-train stations are:

  • Nordhavn st. (1.8 km)
  • Østerport st. (2.1 km)
  • Svanemøllen st. (1.9 km)

  • Your bib must be picked up at the CPH Half Expoen Copenhagen Half Marathon Expoen. To pick up your bib, you must present your race card, which you will receive by e-mail before the race. If you are unable to pick up your bib at the expo, you can have a friend or family member pick it up for you by presenting your bib.

    It will be possible to pick up your race number on race day. This takes place in the race area on Østerbro and is at your own risk, and delays due to e.g. traffic problems, queues at the pick-up point, etc. are the sole responsibility of the participant.

  • All registrants will automatically have their first name and nationality flag printed on their race number. You can change your nationality on your participant profile.

    If you have completed CPH Half before, you can also get your Finisher Badge on your bib number – one badge for each year you have completed the race. Remember that you must specify this in your registration profile before we print your bib number.

  • Yes, unless you opt out of the T-shirt, you must choose your T-shirt size when you register. You pick up your T-shirt together with your race packet at the Copenhagen Half Marathon Expo.

    You are free to change your desired T-shirt size while stocks last. At the expo, there will be a swap shop where you can exchange your T-shirt for another size. However, we do not guarantee that your desired size is in stock.

  • Unless you have opted out of the T-shirt at registration, you can pick it up at the Copenhagen Half Marathon Expo simultaneously as you pick up your bib number.

  • Yes, you can. On our resale platform you can both buy and sell race numbers – easily and securely.

  • In addition to the race number, the following is included:

    • Official timing via integrated timing chip
    • Nike running T-shirt of the year
    • A race bag
    • A beautiful finisher medal
    • Free photos from the race and a personalized finisher video
    • Opportunity to have a free celebration photo taken at the finish line
    • Water, High5 energy drink and, energy gels during the race
      Post-race refreshments after the race

  • You must provide your name, email, gender, nationality, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred start group/expected finish time for all runners to be registered. We will use your mobile number to send you your start card, results, and any important notifications in case of critical or unexpected events.

  • It is possible to pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, VISA/Mastercard, Visa Electron and MobilePay (please note that fees may vary).

    In addition, group registration/company agreements can be paid via invoice, public companies can pay via EAN invoice

  • According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act on Internet Trading, the organizers have full product liability. The participant (buyer) has no right of withdrawal according to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act on Internet Trading, as recreational leisure activities are not included in the agreement.

    It is possible to transfer your race number to another person for a fee. You can do this via our resale platform, which you can find below.
